I recently just got home from the States where I hit the East coast to catch up with a few good mates over there and run a muck. When I was in Cali every year I had never actually managed to drag myself across the country to hang with the East coast kids. My buddy who I used to travel with Wesley Desouza lives over there. Over the 3 weeks we managed to run an absolute muck which included minimal surfing due to the 1 foot wind chop we were served up most days, hunting, fishing and shooting guns up North with one of are buddies who runs hunting charters and 1 crazy week in Utah Park City for snowboarding and the Sundance Film festival. Now I am home for the end of summer and the waves have been super fun. We just had the Australian Open of surfing up in Manly which was a crazy week. The waves were below average but the girls were amazing! We have NSW State titles up in Cronulla next weekend which after winning last year I will be defending my State Title. Following that we will be hunting up Newcastle for the Surfest 6 star WQS event which is always a super sick week.
