Your business is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 30 days from the shipping date and we will be happy to exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card for the original purchase price. If any merchandise is damaged please contact Customer Service to get a RA (Return Authorization) number. Of course, merchandise that shows signs of being washed, worn or used will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- SRH accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for orders placed online. We currently do not accept prepaid or gift cards.
- When placing an order online you will need to provide the correct billing information associated with the credit card you are using. If you don’t provide the correct information and an error screen appears you may see a charge on the pending section of your credit card account. The charge should cancel within 2-3 business days, depending on your credit card bank. You can contact customer service with any other questions.
- Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that the information remains private and secure. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active. A second method to check for security is to look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http://” to “https://”.
- Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you’ll be unable to connect to the server so you will not have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can’t access the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by calling SRH Customer Service at (760) 599-4594 ext. 18, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Be sure to have ready the product names, colors, and sizes of the items that you have found while shopping online at SRH.
- Please note if the ship to address is different than the bill to address or your order is above $200, it may cause a delay in processing your order. We will contact you to verify the information, and at SRH’s discretion determine if the order will be processed.
- International orders will be reviewed and fulfilled at SRH.com’s discretion. International shipping will be billed at the regular SRH.com shipping & handling rates PLUS the actual international freight charge billed by the carrier. This additional charge will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card after SRH.com Customer Service has processed your order. You will be contacted via email or phone for verification and approval before your order is shipped. Please note that express shipping is not an option for international orders.
- All transactions will be billed in US currency. Additionally, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
- Some merchandise may not be available for international shipping. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your international order due to restrictions from a product’s supplier, we will notify you via e-mail.
SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
We offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select and USPS; we do not offer Saturday delivery. There is an additional charge for Express Shipping. Express shipments will be sent out within two (2) business days of checkout. Shipping rates on International orders will vary based on country and order size. All rates are in United States currency.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return or exchange any merchandise. Apparel or Accessories that have been washed, worn or used may not be returned.
For all Returns, please:
- Contact Customer Service at (760) 599-4594 ext. 18or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. Write this RA number on the outside of the package you are returning to SRH. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
- Once you have obtained an RA number you will need to circle the item(s) you are returning on a copy of the invoice that was enclosed with your original order.
- If you choose to do an exchange for the item(s) ordered then you will be required to include a $5.00 check or cash to cover the reshipment of the new item(s) you would like.
- If you choose to return the item(s), once we receive the return we will issue a refund to the credit card used on the original purchase. This usually takes 1 – 2 weeks. (Shipping is non-refundable)
- Package the item(s) securely (in the original package if possible), mark the RA (Return Authorization) number on the outside. Individually packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (e.g. shoes). Packages must be returned prepaid. For your protection ship via UPS or US Postal Service with tracking information. SRH will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
